My guest this week is an out transman, who has committed his life to helping people find belonging. He is an author, speaker, corporate trainer and all around powerful and lovely human being. Every time I speak with him I learn something new and this episode is no exception. He shares about being handed white male privilege, and how every person can use their position of power to make places safer and more inclusive for all.
