Lieutenant Colonel Oak McCulloch is a retired U.S. Army officer, author, and speaker who has served in various leadership positions and operational deployments. He has also taught at several military and academic institutions and has received numerous awards and honors for his service. He is the author of Your Leadership Legacy: Becoming the Leader You Were Meant to Be, a book that shares his insights and principles on leadership. He currently works as the Recruiting Operations Officer for the Eagle Battalion Army ROTC program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he has helped grow the program and mentor future leaders. He lives in Daytona Beach, Florida with his wife and family.
