We're back with another advice episode! I had so much fun recording this episode, I miss the banter of 2 people pod, and I hope to put out more bonus content with David. We're planning to record a new show together, which I talked about in the December update video, which you can watch right now on our Patreon if you're a supporter!

Question 1: Vaping teens at the cinema

My grandpa and I went to the movies and sat in the row right before the very back. 4 teenagers sat right behind us. During the ads and previews they were talking, laughing and coughing, which I didn't have a problem with because I figured they'd stop when the movie came on.

I could hear a crackling sound off and on and they would giggle right after. I figured out they were vaping and trying to hide the smoke. I waited around 45 minutes to tell a manager. 10 minutes later staff came in and didn't say anything to the teenagers so I went back to the manager and asked again.

This time there were 2 guys around the age of the ones behind us in the movie. They heard me talking about it with the manager. When I got back to the movie I noticed 2 of the 4 guys were missing. The manager told them there had been complaints and if there was any more they'd be kicked out.

A few minutes later the two guys from the concession stand who overheard me talking to the manager came in and sat behind us. The guys all started talking about it and obviously knew it was me. The one behind me put his feet in the back of my chair and they kept talking loudly about me. I got up and left the theater waiting outside for my grandpa. AITA for not letting kids be kids?

Question 2: $80,000 gift from a co-worker

My partner, 31, and I, 28, are in a long-distance relationship until I move to where she is next year. Yesterday was her birthday and she told me a co-worker, who is apparently rich, offered to organize a party for her at a fancy hotel all paid for by him.

She refused claiming it was ‘out of her league’. After that, she also told me he offered to pay for her masters that costs $80,000 and that she was... considering it. This is not something we couldn’t afford with a little sacrifice. I told her considering the offer was a clear strike against our relationship as there is no way someone you’ve known for a couple of months could offer that without an ulterior motive.

The last thing she said to me is that I ruined her birthday and we’ll talk next week. Am I the asshole here? What do I do?

Question 3: Guy on my street vandalized my car over a parking spot

A month ago, I parked in a spot on a public road (the street I live on) that someone had tried to save for themselves using a folding chair. The next Monday I went to take my car to work and noticed someone had spray-painted BITCH across the whole side of my car.

I went to the police and it wasn't too hard to figure out what dumbass did it. A few neighbors knew who always put the chair out to save the spot and figured it was them. A neighbors doorbell camera feed proved it. I got a $1200 settlement for the damages and decided not to use it to fix my car because my car's a $2500 junker that I'm planning on replacing within the year anyway.

I instead got my boyfriend to print me a big red vinyl sticker saying BAD, and another that's a "censoring" exclamation point and I put it on my car so it reads BAD B!TCH now.

My friends and coworkers think it's funny, but I've heard from other neighbors that it's pissing off my neighbor that did it because it's reminding him I took his money and didn't fix my car. It's annoying a dad who lives on the street because he doesn't want kids seeing it and it's annoying a couple of other people who think it makes our area look trashy.

AITA for not covering up my vandalized car, and taking humor from it instead?
