Hi I’m Jacqueline and I’m a recovered Orthorexic. What’s that word mean? I used to only eat “healthy” foods - and that changed based on what diet I was eating. Vegan! Paleo! You name it and I just “couldn’t have it” and I was better than you bc I had will power! Until I would cheat that is … then the guilt and bad words to myself would start. Only when I found tracking macros and flexible dieting did I start to heal this part of myself. If you live in the land of good and bad foods and foods are off limits this one is for you!
