Just b/c you see me back squat 200 lbs doesn't mean I started there! From wanting my legs to get skinny so I should do dumbbell goblet squats to 'shrink' my inner thigh (ps spot reduction does NOT work) to stepping into bro spaces at globo gyms, bootcamps, CrossFit and now Progressive Overload Training (read: lift heavy shift on repeat) I have seen a lot!
