Hey everybody, Frank Garon here again, and I'm here with my good friend and partner and esteemed colleague, Gary Beck. And today we're going to talk about the gut over here and the brain over there. And I'm laughing Gary because I could see my cat, my one cat, what are you doing today? The one cats grooming himself the other one is sacked out. It's a home business, Gary, this is Garon broadcast studios. This is as real as it gets. You got the kids over there. Hopefully they're quiet. I've got two of the four cats here. Hopefully the dog doesn't bark. But we're going to talk about the gut and the brain. And did they have any relationship with each other? And if so, like, how does the gut influence the brain? And I started thinking about this, I'm like, Well, does the gut, if the gut is like your most important part of your nervous system, so to speak? Does the gut address and affect things? Let me say it again, Gary, does the gut affect things like depression, stress, anxiety, or mental well being as a whole, this is probably going to be something we're going to have to cover in two or three sessions. So I'll just leave you that question. I've got it. I've got like a bunch of other things I want to ask you, but can you address that the gut brain relationship and how we can control and sort of maybe modify some of the things that we're experiencing by taking better care of our gut if that's even possible?
