A strong foundation of self love is always important (especially after a breakup!) Finding time to give yourself the space to reflect is the only way you can know if the life you are living is truly authentically pleasing you and making you happy. There are so many self love practices all of which can be done in a mindful way and if mediation isn't your favourite, explore them all and find what suits you! I've found through my breakup, meditation has been my favourite self love practice and wanted to make this for anyone going through a similar situation. I hope the powerful affirmations and time to relax allows love to be magnetised to you and feel supported. You are perfect, whole and complete as you are, now and forever.
