After holding numerous management positions within Xerox, Jenny Winch is currently the Head of the Commercial Contracts Group at Xerox (UK) Ltd. She has enjoyed a varied and interesting professional journey contributing to organisations large and small in very different roles and functions and delivering results across a range of sectors. Jenny has relished the opportunity to change track in her career. Changing industries and embracing complete changes in roles over the years has meant that she feels comfortable being uncomfortable. She has long had a portfolio career and has worked in large international technology organisations, an investment bank, a design agency, the NHS and a charity, to name but a few. In her roles within Finance, Global Bid Management, Marketing and Commercial Contracting, she has worked with scientists, creatives, financiers and lawyers, teaming up with wonderful, different and inspirational colleagues along the way. The variety has been food for her soul. She has wide-ranging expertise in: • Driving performance during periods of stability or uncertainty • Transforming, leading and inspiring local, international and virtual teams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and fostering an exemplary team spirit • Forging strong relationships and building alliances right across her own as well as client organisations • Driving change and increasing productivity, especially by empowering teams which deliver process improvement and automated workflows • Demonstrating the ability to provide leadership and drive both personal and team excellence to achieve targets, she has led global bid teams from pursuit through to award and contract signature Her passion is the coaching, mentoring and development of others, increasing their skills and confidence. Highly experienced at working with senior executives and stakeholders, she is a positive and effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships throughout her own organisation and externally.
