Drawing on the title of 60s US singer songwriter Sam Cooke's hit song, we look at the ways in which encounters with Jesus changed lives. We reflect on Bible verses that indicate that we are expected to change when we encounter Jesus and particularly when we receive Holy Spirit. We examine 5 characters in the Bible and we discuss how their lives were transformed when they met Him.
