After witnessing his fathers murder at the hands of the LAPD, at age 10, Frank found his way to the streets. It wasn’t long until he was in Youth Authority for the stabbing of a rival gang member and soon to be discovered by investigators, a high profile shooting of two woman outside the House of Blues. Turns out, the same gun Frank used to commit his crimes, was also used in the homicide of Thurman Brown, amounts two other attempted murders.
