Disney-Pixar animated film Lightyear, which has been banned in several countries over a same-sex kiss scene, is screening in Singapore with an NC16 rating. Recently, The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has amended a graphic on its Facebook page to "avoid misunderstanding" after some people suggested the original resembled a same-sex couple. A Singaporean YouTuber, AimRun, ended up offending the LGBTQ+ community when he interviewed some members of the community about identification and the term "Love Is Love" at Pink Dot SG 2022.
