Beth Dobson, Development Officer for The Boys' Brigade, spoke to Martin Dunbar, Captain of 4th/5th Fraserburgh and training co-ordinator and STEM Ambassador for Buchan Battalion about his work with the organisation and the training opportunities available for volunteers to develop their skills.
