Dopamine Detox simply means cutting out on all sorts of dopamine sources that affect your productivity, or routine, in a bad way.
Social media, movies, music, sugar, you name it. Let’s face it, there is always something around you that is distracting you at this moment or sometime in the day!
So, to get rid of the habit, inspired by Niklas Christl (my fav YouTuber), I decided to do a dopamine detox for a few days and see if it works. And it did! (Yaayy!!)
