Many smart people make the mistake of being in motion too long. Being in motion gives people the sense of getting things done (e.g. outlining a video, studying for a test, searching for a diet). At some point, our focus and energy need to shift from motion to action. You won’t lose weight by spending all your time reading books on dieting or by researching the best gym. You need to take action and go to the gym.
