Laura is the Founder & CEO of AwakeTeams, a team-based and data-driven learning platform for businesses. Laura spent 15 years managing Fortune 100 consumer-packaged-goods brands and developing product innovations. Her passion to shift corporate culture stems from those years. She left corporate to work in the nonprofit sector on the leadership team of a mental health research foundation and ultimately decided to return to the business world as a corporate trainer and coach. Laura's mission is to facilitate positive change via the business world. She believes that by creating workplace spaces of authentic connection, participation, and meaningful contribution, businesses will be a force for good—in both the development of human potential within their organizations and in the human and environmental impact of their business activities.
