He is a well-known academician and motivational speaker with 12 years of industrial experience along with 5 years of experience in teaching and skill development. He is a JCI Certified Zone Trainer, conducting training programmes for students and professionals on various topics since 2013.
He authored 4 books and have published research papers in various international journals and periodicals. He has presented papers in many international and national level conferences and seminars. He has also been a Guest Editor for many international journals. He has conducted training programmes in more than 100 stages.
