We have arrived at the final pillar of your emotional well-being foundation (and a personal favourite of mine given that I was a chef for 20 years prior to coaching) - NUTRITION. As I've said, managing emotions is a lifestyle practice, and your approach to food can also be aligned with that goal as well!
