Complaining has a purpose - to feel better, but... it's only temporary. Listen in to learn why you complain, how it keeps you stuck, and what to do about it. Also, how to manage a complainer when you're on the receiving end and it becomes too much. Complaining is a natural habit that humans have, but like any indulgence, we don't want to let it take over doing more harm than good.
