I've noticed over the years that my OFS "don't like" going on vacations.
They do go on vacations. They have unlimited vacation time. But they rarely ask for it. They even work on days they should be on vacation.
I think the best way to explain this would be to tell Julia's story and how she spent her non-vacation in this episode.
