In this episode Catherine Clark shares with Anesh Daya and Monique Sayers about How to Embrace Adversity, Build Resilience and the gifts that come from both darkness and light.

Catherine is a respected mental health consultant and educator who helps individuals and organizations adapt to change and build mental health resiliency skills. Over the past 25 years she has counselled and delivered training to thousands of adult learners in a variety of settings from large corporations to government agencies.

Catherine’s education sector experience also includes working as a Guidance Counsellor with school aged children in a K-12 School, as well as a Career Counsellor in a University counselling centre. She has broad geographic and ethnic experience having worked with the Inuit & Dene Population in the Canadian Arctic and at one of the largest Francophone Advertising Agencies in Montreal.

A work-life balance advocate, Catherine enjoys hiking, decompressing in nature, and enjoying laughter, arts and cultural activities with her two “20 something” children.

Catherine will be publishing her first book this Spring 2022 called, Gifts in Dark Packages: How to Embrace Adversity and Transform Your Life. An easy-to-use Mental Health Resiliency Roadmap.
