The good old Frank The Cannibal Manera. One of the most underrated, under developed characters in Outlast Whistleblower. Not my personal favorite or even my top five but I do give him credit were credit is due. This is a shorter episode due to Frank kind of being a throw away character. Like I said he's not really a important character at all.
