To kickoff the show Marc and Mike discuss all the action that went down at the L.A. Coliseum for the Busch Light Clash. Heat races, LCQ's and a 150 lap feature with a....halftime show? The guys break it all down and give their takes on NASCAR in L.A. Plus! We preview the upcoming action in the dirt world with sprint cars back on track this week down in Florida. And what some thoughts on some new paint schemes being released.
We continue on with the much anticipated part two of our interview with UMSS and Renegade Racing Brand owner-operator, Ron Bernhagen from last weeks episode.
With the UMSS dropping its annual video series earlier this winter, we ask Ron a few questions regarding some of the announcements that were made. We dive into the decision to make this years re-draw go from its original 6 to now 8. Minimum weight being raised from 1,500 pounds to 1,550 and how that may affect some drivers in the series. Fire suppression systems, wing angle and laps are just a few more of things we discuss on how these changes will affect the brand in 2022 and beyond.
The growth and development of the series is something that Ron always has to look into the future about. With that, he makes a few announcements regarding the future, an update on the development of the smaller four cylinder sprint car and the big news that everyone's been waiting to hear. But, were not going to spoil on here. Tune and find out for yourself what it is on this episode of the Reaction Time Sports Podcast!
