- We are unable to accommodate an earlier move-in date than what is listed on the lease agreement as many things go into the process of purchasing a home. If we can get you/your clients into the home earlier, we will reach out to the residents directly and let them know as our system is set up to alert us when an earlier move-in date is available.
- Always include the property address in reference in the subject line of the email. This helps us identify the property in question and assist quickly.
- When calling the Pathlight 800 number please ensure to call from a number that is listed on their application. This will ensure the call gets routed correctly. If they call from a number not associated with the application, it will not automatically get routed and the wait times may be longer. If the agent calls their number is not associated with the client so it's best if the residents make the call.
