Well friends, I am fresh back from the Houston half marathon and it had all the ups and downs over a quick weekend away and my first race of the year. In this episode, I share with you how my word of the year BEYOND already showed up in an unexpected way that made me giggle after the initial discomfort that came with this race. As the famous saying goes…..Houston, we have a problem! And with every new problem comes a new opportunity and a new perspective.
I break down my full experience, lessons learned, and what’s next with my endurance training goals as well as share how these lessons can impact every area of our lives.
