Will Power has won just about everything there is to win in the NTT IndyCar Series such as the most pole positions in Indy car racing history (70), the Indianapolis 500, the series championship (twice) and multiple races along the way. However, his last race win came in June of 2022 at the Detroit Grand Prix on Belle Isle until this year’s race in June at Road America. We had a chance to chat with Power in the media bullpen for the 2024 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach in April, where in this wide-ranging chat, he talks about his wife’s life-threatening illness, his off-season prep, favorite and most challenging parts of the Long Beach circuit (where he’s won twice before), karting, and Indianapolis hybrid testing.
