In todays episode I get to speak with Rachel Pope- she is a physical therapist, mom, runner, triathlete, ironman and more. We talk about how to help young athletes have balance, and how to avoid overuse injuries. She talks about some interesting races she's run and lessons she has learned that apply to running and life. We also talk about gait analysis and running form in children. She also does virtual gait analysis for anyone looking to improve their running form.
