In todays episode I get to talk with Sara Vatore, M.Ed., SEP about Peak Performance and all of the work that she does with athletes. She combines cutting-edge neuroscience, somatics and mindset training to help athletes overcome fears, blocks and injuries, develop mental toughness and perform to their fullest potential. She has written 4 books for athletes (The Embodied Confidence series) on accessing peak performance for gymnasts, divers, cheerleaders and figure skaters. She offers some great advice to us as parents and coaches to help our athletes meet their full potential and be healthy and happy along the way.
