NMCADV is a coalition made up of around 30 domestic violence providers around the state of New Mexico. We are so happy to highlight our programs and their hard-work through this podcast.
This week we are talking with Ernest Frenier, a BIP facilitator, for ENIPC Peacekeepers Domestic Violence Program.
Ernest's Bio:
"Ernest Frenier is a Batterers Intervention Facilitator with ENIPC PeaceKeepers Program. He has spent his life helping people within his community. Growing up experiencing domestic violence as a child he knows how domestic violence can affect every facet of one’s life as well as the lives of loved ones. His focus is working with offenders of abuse to end the often times deadly cycle of violence. He knows that there is no single approach that works for everyone, so he continues to attend the most up to date trainings and webinars to educate himself to provide the best help for his programs participants and their individual needs. He has received certifications by both New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women for Core Advocacy. He has also completed the Art of Facilitation Training through the Family Peace Initiative."
