Lindsey is a Multifamily Industry veteran with time on-site, as a supplier and current as the Executive Vice President of the First Coast Apartment Association. Jason has been in the Multifamily Industry for almost 13 years starting as a groundskeeper and working his way up through maintenance to ultimately become a supplier. Together, Lindsey and Jason explore what this podcast could be, what it may look like in future episode if there is interest and they briefly discuss the current hiring challenges in the industry.
