We ALL overreact to our children at times. We need to stop beating ourselves up about it, and start finding positive ways to build our own self-talk as well as share helpful strategies with our child. Hindsight can help us SO significantly in preparing for those upcoming possible hard situations that may repeat themselves. What strategies do you use?
