20.11.2022 23:51 Sunday Basics. I went to Einhorn and had a really lovely day that felt homey. My kid was Fiete. He smacked me in the face after helping him pee and he was so cool with it. Hard to be mad at a blonde handsome man like that. I met a lovely girl there too. Was a lovely connection. Hopefully the cysts and infections heal. I bought some games on the ps4. I committed to staying at the job till next September. I am doing alternate day fasting from yesterday until the 19th of January. Lovely seeing Johannes. He gave me the advice to look st my life on a larger time scale, and plan likewise. It’s so easy to forget perspective. I listened to Annaka Harris’s Metta course on Waking Up. At least the first two recordings. There will probably be many more humans than now in the future, hopefully they can deal with suffering much better than us. And in some ways not need to suffer in certain ways at all. I wish you well, thank you for perspective. What do we put inside ourselves? And how do we give ourselves the time to reflect? 23:56
