Went from fasting a lot, to fasting in the evening till the morning. 

Doing breathwork and exercises. But the back today was insane, so I just walked a long time and did a little stretching, that did really well for me. Sometimes it's necessary not to force the body and I'm glad I didn't. 

Love life. Live.

I remember how I was grateful to my legs when I left the plane to Helsinki, walking up the stairs. I almost broke my leg the day after, but I didn't. The sled and Taru on top of me. I was grateful afterwards too.
