Chitterlings. Mustard, Hot Sauce & Vinegar is how this Memphian likes his southern delicacy. This year, he stepped into the shoes of Chef and prepared six buckets of em' for his Mom & Sister to enjoy on this Thanksgiving. I'm going to be speaking with my Great Grandmother about her recipe and we will compare notes on process before the day is over. I will also be sharing a conversation that I had earlier during this week with my favorite Grandmother followed by Thanksgiving at my Sister’s Amber.
