In this episode we dive into the cliche of "You become the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with", highlight why this is more than just a cliche and should be taken seriously.  This weeks Mind Gym Exercises include 5 mental reps to enhance your influence:  1 - Reflect on the topics discussed relative to the people you currently spend time the most time with.  2 - Be mindful when you're with people this week to see how they are impacting you.  3 - Create a list of 5-10 people who you would like to spend more or less time time with.  4 - Be considerate of others and their dreams and goals.
