Lucy has been the head of Talent Acquisition for Visa in the Middle East, Africa and Central Europe for many years and is now the global head of TA at German scale up sennder. Oana has been in tech recruitment at Facebook in Dublin and was a TA team lead at Brainspotting in Romania, Booking.com in Amsterdam, Criteo in Paris, Zalando and now Wayfair in Berlin.
