Chad Rhoades is the manager of the Florence Y'alls, one of 16 Frontier League teams, filled with players still pursuing their big league dreams. Chad joined Grayson Knight to talk about his playing journey from small town Bowie, TX to small town Florence, KY, with stops in the Boston Red Sox and Miami Marlins organizations along the way.
