The Miracle Piano for NES was an early example of teaching a skill (piano playing) and adding gaming elements through the Nintendo. these days, you can use apps like Wave, Duolingo, Foursquare, and FitBit. Each of these provides users with gaming elements to partner with navigating, learning, being places, and getting moving.
