This conversation was recorded on April 12th, 2023. I met Chris one evening when he was serving his delicious Nigerian stew outside of a local bar in San Antonio. He had a delightful way about him and I'm so thankful for his quick willingness to set up a time to record with me. He is an excellent chef, as well as a local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach.
