This conversation is another recorded in 2017. I met Rick while I was working a part time job for Bath Fitter. I was sitting at a bath tub display at the Iowa State Fair and he and his wife wandered through. They had the most welcoming demeanor and I was able to get Rick's number. We later scheduled a phone interview and this episode holds our conversation. I was so encouraged by Rick and so grateful for his willingness to speak with me, having no real idea who I was. What a gift!
