This conversation was recorded on April 4th, 2025. I met Angel a number of years ago in San Antonio. Since then we've had multiple run-ins and I've always wanted to sit down with him for a conversation.
Angel is a dedicated cyclist and he is wildly kind! He is one of the founding members of Los Chivos Krew, a local cycling group in San Antonio. I'm so grateful he was able to record with me and I hope we get a chance to talk more in the future!
