You probably already know this, but just because a person is alone, it doesn't mean they are lonely. Just because a person is with other people, it doesn't mean they are not lonely.
This week at CrossWalk Church in Phoenix, we're continuing our message series from "Grinchmas to Christmas: Finding Joy in a Season of Stress". We will see how we can handle loneliness during the Christmas season.
We will review the story of Anna who was alone for the majority of her life. We will see how she found connection with God through Jesus and connection in her church family as well.
We hope to connect with you at one of our worship services as we find the connection that so many people are missing during the holiday season.

Song highlight of the week: "Messiah", by Francesca Battistelli, Jeff Pardo, and Molly Reed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D14wX0K9XJQ
This is a song to prepare for Christmas as well as thinking about Christ's second coming - thinking about the reason he came - to save us, and our response is to praise him, "on our knees we fall".
“Navigating Feeling Alone” sermon was done by Pastor Christ Johnson at CrossWalk Church, in part of the “Grinchmas to Christmas” message series.
