Have you ever voted in an election only to regret it a few years later? We've probably all been there at some point. We listen to a candidate, like what they say, believe they will actually make a difference...we vote...and pray....and we realize the promises are rarely kept. Our hopes become misguided. No wonder we can become frustrated with leadership and then continue to look elsewhere for someone or something better...
As we continue our "Nobody but Jesus" message series, we will dive into the Gospel of Luke. There we will focus on Jesus as our leader and King.
Jesus is not like any other leader. He showcases his humility, he places his selfless love on display for all to see, and he keeps his promises. Every single one of them. No matter the cost or sacrifice.
