Qi lai Shan in Taiwan produces some of the most pure tasting tea in Taiwan and my friend Jayme’s family just so happens to have a farm there!! Not only is it unique that younger generations are interested in tea production but to be a female wanting to learn all the gritty details of tea production is very rare.
