Everyone should be settling into their season by now, some of you making the team you wanted, and others did not.  That's in the past, and we can't do anything about it now, but what we can do is react proactively and focus our attention on what's in our control.  If there's a change you want to make in your life, the odds are pretty good that you're going to have to implement a new habit.  In this episode, I'll be doing a deep dive into how we can develop rock-solid habits.
