When most of us think about a hockey Journey, we think of one through the eyes of a player, but not everyone has that opportunity, for a variety of reasons. But there's another group of individuals who've had a hockey journey, reached the top of their game, but just in a different sector. Fransois Gagnon has one of those stories and is currently a professional writer for RDS covering the historic Montreal Canadian franchise. From a journalist perspective, I don't think there can be a more prestigious position in the hockey world, especially if you're French Canadian.
Was a kid that early on knew he wasn't going to be more than a mediocre hockey player, but was mentored early by a friend's father that changed his trajectory and propelled Francois eventually to the upper crest of that industry.
