Looking in the mirror when we don't reach our goals can be tough, as it requires admitting defeat. However, three words often drive my progress: willpower, discipline, and persistence. When I experience a successful day, it's usually because I've demonstrated these qualities, moving the needle forward and fueling my quest for achievement.

I may not be an expert on developing willpower, discipline, or persistence, but books have inspired me tremendously over the years.
