In this episode, my brother James and I discuss his training for his first ever marathon.  We walk through the process from mapping out a training plan, to his diet, balance of his schedule with work and his family, and executing his goal of running it under 4 hours.  I had a great time throughout the process to help James during his training and it was great to hear from him how he was disciplined to finish the race till the end!
