- Positive Blinders: Stay away from anyone or anything that is negative.
- Clarity: Listen to positive and uplifting music, podcasts, or books.
- Rest: Get enough sleep to function positively each day.
- Brain and body rejuvenation: Exercise in the morning.
- Relationships: Create a circle of 5 or more people who push you to be better.
