100K Recap - Conquering the Castle
Colin and I completed our 100K race on November 4th, 2023. This episode focuses on our training, diet, planning, and execution to meet our goal of running it under 14 hours. This race finished off our 2023 year of races and it truly was a blast to witness the growth of Colin throughout the year. Two main takeaways from the race were:
1. If you want to go further and faster go with someone.
2. When you have a big goal, treat it like eating a pizza, eat one piece at a time and before you know it you will have eaten the entire pizza!
