Today's guest is Nikita Kachroo. Nikita grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Penn State University where she was on the executive team for THON--the largest student-run philanthropic event in the WORLD. Nikita now works in Washington D.C. as the Population Health Project Lead for Impact DC through Children’s National Health System. She is also doing 5,000 other incredible things with her time, as well as continuing to be one of the sweetest people I know.
